To modernize the Institute's library by building shelves to hold the more than 20,000 volumes, comprising the single richest collection of books on the subjects of archaeology, anthropology, history of architecture and the visual arts, folklore and ethnography; to prepare a catalogue of the collection, and to connect the catalogue to an online library system linking it to other libraries in Armenia and around the world.

This project will ensure easy access to the Institute's collection and create an informational basis for future research in the cultural heritage of Armenia.
